Terms & Conditions of Service
The Predator Angler Ltd – Drone Cinematography Services

1. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to the individual, business, fishery, or angling club booking the services.

  • "Company" refers to The Predator Angler Ltd, trading as the drone operator and content provider.

  • "Footage" includes all aerial videos, photographs, and edited deliverables.

  • "CAA" refers to the UK Civil Aviation Authority.

2. Package Eligibility

Commercial Packages (Discovery & Signature):

  • Intended for individual fisheries or syndicate venues with up to 3 lakes.

  • Suitable for session/day-ticket/commercial venues.

  • Not available for filming across multiple locations, multiple shoot days, or angling club/association purposes.

Club Portfolio Packages:

  • Exclusive to fishing clubs and angling associations managing multiple waters.

  • May include stillwaters, rivers, and canals.

  • Minimum project scope: 4 waters.

  • Includes multi-day filming and broader content licensing.

The Company reserves the right to reject bookings that fall outside of the intended use for each package tier.

3. Travel Policy

  • Standard service area includes free travel within 30 miles of Warrington, Cheshire.

  • Travel beyond this incurs additional charges:

    • 31–40 miles: +£25

    • 41–50 miles: +£40 (Signature package only)

    • 51–70 miles: +£60 (Signature package only)

    • 70+ miles: Requires minimum booking of 2 packages (Signature + Social Bolt-on)

  • Client must ensure safe access and permission for all waters booked.

4. CAA Compliance & Flight Restrictions

  • All drone operations are subject to weather, safety, and CAA regulations.

  • No flights can take place:

    • Within 5km of airports or restricted airspace

    • Near prisons, military installations, or other no-fly zones

  • A full pre-flight risk assessment will be conducted before confirmation.

  • The Company is not liable for cancellations due to airspace or weather restrictions.

5. Filming & Deliverables

  • Filming times are based on battery life and drone availability. Example: 90 mins = full drone battery capacity.

  • Packages include:

    • Aerial filming (as per package limits)

    • Edited videos and high-resolution photos

    • Text overlays and branding (depending on tier)

  • Club packages may include multiple video edits and archival assets.

6. Editing & Revisions

  • All packages include 1 round of standard revisions:

    • Text correction (typos, contact info)

    • Clip timing or music swaps (from licensed library)

    • Removal of specific shots

    • Colour correction tweaks

  • Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • All changes must be submitted as one consolidated list with timestamps.

Additional revision fees:

  • 2nd round of minor edits: £25

  • Major re-edit (50%+ changes): £75

  • Rush revisions (under 24 hours): +£30

7. Add-On Services

  • Social Media Bolt-On: Includes short-form clips formatted for TikTok, Instagram, etc.

  • Voiceover Integration: Client-provided audio can be synced into video at +£60 (no recording service provided).

  • USB archive delivery: +£25

8. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Client is granted full rights to use delivered footage across:

    • Website

    • YouTube

    • Social Media

    • Club newsletters and AGMs

  • The Predator Angler Ltd retains rights to use footage for promotional portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

9. Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit required to secure booking

  • Remaining balance due upon delivery of final files

  • Late payments may incur a 5% weekly charge after 7 days overdue

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before shoot date: Full refund of deposit

  • Cancellations under 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable

  • Reschedules due to weather or airspace issues will be arranged at no extra cost

11. Final Delivery & Approval

  • Final assets are delivered digitally unless otherwise requested

  • Once final files are approved, the project is considered complete

  • Revisions after approval are charged as additional work
